Search & Source is a specialist venue sourcing agency, helping corporate clients and event agencies book venues worldwide with a fully impartial approach.

Following their rebrand, I supported the founder in bringing the refreshed brand to life across social - creating a more consistent, engaging and purposeful presence.

I developed a clear content strategy, including objectives, content pillars, themes and post formats designed to grow engagement and showcase their expertise. Alongside this, I supported with hands-on content creation - particularly reels - helping turn large volumes of raw content into polished, on-brand outputs.

A key part of my role was simplifying what can often be a time-consuming process, giving the founder a structured, manageable approach to social while elevating overall quality.

This approach led to stronger performance, including increased engagement and delivery of their best-performing post of H2.
