End-to-End Marketing Support, EA Gymnastics
EA Gymnastics is a fast-growing nationwide business, scaling to eight sites in just four years, supporting over 4,000 children each week and employing 100+ people.
I joined as their first dedicated marketing lead at a pivotal growth stage, bringing structure, clarity and real commercial focus into the business.
I led a full brand refresh, creating a bold, modern and engaging identity that better reflects their energy and has driven stronger performance across channels.
Alongside this, I built and now manage all paid Meta activity, delivering over 3,000 leads in under a year across 12 campaigns. Paid social has become a core growth driver, now contributing to one third of all holiday camp bookings.
I also introduced end-to-end performance tracking and reporting, giving the founders full visibility and confidence in where to invest - turning marketing into a measurable, accountable growth engine.
Beyond campaigns, I’ve shaped the wider customer journey; from high-converting copy and website updates to developing key assets like a birthday party brochure and school proposition, as well as leading content direction across photo and video shoots.
I work closely with the founders as a strategic partner, combining commercial thinking, creativity and pace to drive growth, unlock opportunities and genuinely make their lives easier.
