Global Rebrand & Rollout
The Workdry Group
As Group Brand Manager, I’m leading the rollout of the new Workdry Group brand, unifying multiple specialist businesses into one clear, global identity.
This is a large-scale, complex transformation spanning 4 countries, 40+ depots and ~1,000 employees. I’m responsible for turning brand strategy into reality across the full estate, from sites and fleet to equipment, uniforms and digital touchpoints.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, including ELT, I’m project managing multiple workstreams to keep delivery aligned, on track and moving at pace.
Beyond execution, my role has been to bring clarity and structure to a complex rollout, ensuring the brand lands consistently, practically and with impact across every touchpoint.
The response has been incredibly positive, with teams across the business highly engaged and genuinely appreciative of the support - helping embed a unified identity that reflects the scale and ambition of the group.
