Like all great stories, it started with a love affair - of local produce, luxurious tastes, and lazy nibbles (sadly, no dragons or knights).

In 2020, I launched The Lazy Nibbler, a side venture delivering sustainably sourced, high-quality artisan goods to local foodies. I single-handedly built the business, developed and marketed the brand - alongside working full-time - securing 100+ premium cheese box orders through Instagram, Facebook, SEO-driven blog content and word of mouth.

The Lazy Nibbler’s growing reputation also led to catering opportunities, including bespoke grazing tables for weddings and baby showers.

My social following increased by 1900% in 12 months and 70% of orders came via this channel.
